           JIL Plaridel Church started as a general fellowship at Plaridel Municipal hall in 1987. It was headed by Ptr. Renato A. Constantino who used to be a part time pastor. Started with fifty attendees, the gathering continually grew and God’s healing and miracles manifested.

           In November 1991, after successions of prayer and fasting, the JIL Plaridel regular Sunday service was opened on the outset of a rented place at former Dela Rosa Funeral Parlor located in Banga II, Plaridel, Bulacan. Reconstruction of the facade was done because of consistent flooding around the place. In due course, Ptr. Renato A. Constantino was affirmed to be a full-time pastor and was assigned at Bustos, Bulacan and Ptra. Auring Sumulong was tasked to be the pastor of Plaridel. Three years after, Ptr. Rene was again commissioned to go back to his prior church to resolve some church leadership concerns.

          
           Immense persecution by the people residing near the church was felt to the point that they even threw stones at the place during worship service and other activities. Leaders were compelled to look for a place where God’s people can worship Him peacefully.  In December 1995, the church moved to its newly-owned place of worship and it’s all because of God’s blessing and grace.  At this time, there are 29 cell groups and 2 Sunday services from which 300 believers grow in commitment to God. From then on various talents were discovered, the KKB (youth movement) distinctly excels in dancing and had won in various competitions held by the JIL central church.
