MEAT

An essential part of our daily meal is meat, which provides our body with protein that helps build our body muscles. Body builders even drink protein supplements in order to enhance the muscular built of their bodies while engrossing themselves into gym work-outs. As Christians, we are also building and firming our bodies, that is, our spiritual bodies. And we do this by enriching our hearts and minds with theologically-sound and Biblically-correct writings.
