SCHOOL SERVICES

A. OFFICE OF COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE (OCG)
(Human Resources and Development Center)
1. Objectives
a. Helps the pupil/student with the teachers’ cooperation to develop his/her skills and talents to the fullest, thus become a productive citizen.
b. Helps pupil/student have positive emotional and mental attitudes so as to develop a wholesome relationship and feeling toward others and to his/her own self.
c. Provides pupil/student professional guidance and counseling to form sound and acceptable mental and social norms necessary for healthy development.
d. Provides pupil/student the information and guidelines necessary for career choice.
e. Assists the pupil/student in his/her Christian formation.

B. LIBRARY
The library plays a vital role in helping students find materials to help them carry out assignments, tasks and researches. The school provides materials for references, readings, and information through the assistance of the school librarians.

C. MEDICAL/DENTAL
1. Medical – A school physician is available to attend to students with minor ailments. Consultation and basic medicines are part of the school’s medical services.
2. Dental – A school dentist is available to give dental services to students with minor dental problem. Students can avail of once a year dental cleaning service

D. OFFICE OF THE CASHIER
1. Is responsible for the collection of fees and payments from the students.
2. Disposes Statement of Account to students before every periodical exam.
3. Issues Statement of Account to students who want to avail of a scholarship from a company or prospective agent.
4. Coordinates with all school authorities concerned and transacts with parents regarding student’s financial obligation.

E. OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR
1. Serves as the repository of all students’ records.
2. Determines admission/enrollment requirements
3. Plans and executes registration procedure in coordination with proper school authorities.
4. Informs students of record deficiencies and enforces graduation requirements.
5. Makes requests for records of transferees and ascertains compliance thereof.
6. Attends to prompt compliance of requests for permanent records (Form 137), certifications, grades, eligibility to transfer, diplomas, annuals, and other pertinent papers requested by students/other schools.
7. Processes ID cards of students.
8. Communicates with the Department of Education, Division Office and Regional Office III in the submission of required periodic reports and other transactions related to the functions of this office.
