The JIL College Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit Christian educational institution whose guiding principles are the following:

…is God-given privilege that subjects people who the influence of a selected and controlled environment so that they obtain competence and optimum individual, mental, social, moral and spiritual development.
…is a continuous process whereby one grows and harnesses his God-given talents and gifts, develops his skill for the fulfillment of the divine purpose of the Creator for all humanity and the world as a whole.

2. The School…
…is an agency of society serving as positive force for moral, mental, social, and spiritual betterment and development of an individual.

3. The Teacher…
…is a dedicated, well-equipped and anointed classroom missionary committed to the tasks and challenges of transforming the child into God-fearing, productive and conscientious citizen.

4. The Student…
…is the center of the educative process who has needs, interests, abilities and gifts to be served and satisfied.
